1. Free discovery call

A free 30-minute Google Meet. You tell me what's going wrong, and we decide together if this is the right fit.

2. Show me your setup

Send photos, a short video, or a service recording so I can see the problem before we meet.

3. Pick your path

Focus Fix (2 sessions) solves one specific problem. Deep Dive (5 sessions) levels up your whole AVL ministry. Either way, you get a clear plan and real results.

4. Your team keeps it running

You walk away with checklists and simple training your volunteers can follow — so Sunday doesn't depend on one person.
